The School of Automotive sponsors SIU student and faculty volunteers, and community volunteers who repair and distribute donated bicycles to students with economic need. This program provides them with an environmentally sustainable mode of transportation. Please contact Cay Gerlock, caytris@siu.edu for an application form.
Note: The program is on a first come first serve basis and based on bicycle availability. Submitting an application form does not guarantee receiving a bicycle.
