Hello Saluki Green Action Team - SGATs!  

Support Saluki Athletics while you reduce waste on campus! Join the Sustainability Office and fellow SGAT members as we integrate our favorite Saluki sports and sustainable actions. 

Did you know: SIU Athletics and the Office of Sustainability have teamed up to reduce waste at ALL home football games this fall! Each game, our volunteers encourage recycling efforts in the tailgating areas and stadium by passing out bags for recyclables, providing gentle reminders, and more!  

The goal is simple: Inspire Saluki fans to recycle! How we achieve this goal is simple, too: with your valuable contributions!

Take Action:

• SIGN UP  for a game today! We have four games coming up, including this weekend (September 29) - which is Family Weekend! You can sign up for more than one game.  

P.S.- We have really cool vests that volunteers get to wear- Go team!
